Then we look at 4 stages of determining appropriate organization(s) to support while gaining business and employee input - from determining the criteria for selecting an organization, to creating a short list of potential organizations, to finalizing organization(s), and being ready to launch. At the same time, we develop the "philanthropic program" - what will the organization and individuals contribute, and how. The on-going program can then be transitioned to an employee, committee, or left with 2H2M to manage.
